The ladies of the Maidstone Hospital Breast Cancer Support Group helped raise £160 on Saturday by buying ‘pre-loved’ accessories at a stall set up by two former patients of the unit.
Laura and Mel had gathered together scarves, handbags, hats and jewellery donated by friends and family. All good quality items were then priced up and displayed to tempt the ladies attending the support group. The ladies enjoyed trying and choosing beautiful accessories at bargain prices!
Much fun was had by all. The support group ladies looked fabulous with their new accessories and they had helped raise valuable funds for the charity.
